Motions
Beginning Stance- Feet together, and hands are by your side.
Clasp- Hands clasp, and elbow's are in.
High "V"- Arms extending up, forming a "V".
Low "V"- Arms extending down, forming a "V".
"T"- Both arms extended straight out to the side and parallel to the ground.
Half "T"- Both arms parallel to the ground and bent at the elbows, fist into shoulders.
Right Punch- Right arm extended straight up, and left arm is on hip.
Left Punch- Left arm extended straight up, and right arm is on hip.
Touchdown- Arms extended straight and parallel to each other.
Low Touchdown- Arms extended straight down parallel to each other.
Right Diagonal- Right arm extended in a high "V" and the left arm extended in a low"V".
Left Diagonal- Left arm extended in a high "V" and left arm extended in a low "V".
Tabletop- Arms bent at elbow, fist in front of shoulders.
Bow and Arrow- One arm extended to side with other arm bent at elbow in a half "T" motion.
Right "L"- Right arm extended to the right with the left arm extended in a punch motion.
Left "L"- Left arm extended to the left with the right arm extended in a punch motion.
Candlesticks- Arms extend right in front of you with your fist facing each other.
