Jumps
Toe-Touch- Legs are straight and parallel to the ground, toes pointed, knees are back, your hands are in fists, and your arms are in a "T" motion.
Pike- Both legs are straight out, knees locked, and arms are in a touchdown motion out in front to create a folded position in the air.
Hurdler- One leg is straight out, the other is bent back. And your arms are in candlesticks.
Tuck- In this jump, you pull the legs up with thighs as close to the chest as possible, and knees are facing upward as if in a tuck position.
Counting to jumps: First, you will stand in your beggining stance. Next, you will count, "5-6-7-8,". Then, on 1, you will put your arms into a high "V" motion. And you hold this same position on 2. On 3, swing your arms around in front of you. Do not swing out. You want your arms to cross. On 4, you do your jump. Then on 5, you land. And when you land, you put your hands behind your knees. You keep them down there on 6. Next, on 7, you put your arms into a high "V" motion again, and you keep it there on 8.
